Dear Troubled Friend, honestly, I would just let him figure it out by himself. I think it would do more harm than good to tell him that the girls aren’t interested in him. Yes, he might be embarrassing himself, but sooner or later he will realize that maybe the girls truly don’t like him like that. Either don’t talk about it or tell him nicely that maybe they just aren’t interested in him.
