Boys swim added another win to their record after beating Abington Heights 109-76 on Feb 5. Their record now stands at 10-0.

According to head coach Chelsea Shatt, the boys secured the win by placing second and third in their most competitive events.

The boys gained nine points from the 100 yard freestyle race with sophomore Ryan O’Connell placing second, senior Joey Kessler coming in third and sophomore Sam Fisher placing fourth.

Another race where the boys gained nine points from coming in second, third and fourth was the 50 yard freestyle. Kessler placed second, senior Shane Naturale came in third and freshman Dylan Sevek placed fourth.

In the 500 freestyle, seniors Tyler Ingraham and Liam Fass placed first and second.

Coach Shatt feels that this season is heading in a great direction.

“It is going very well, and I’m excited with how things are going,” coach Shatt said. “I’m pleased with how we are remaining undefeated. The boys are great at raising each other up when needed.”

Coach Shatt’s goal for the end of the season is to win Districts and have some kids qualify for States.
