Parking pass update

Officer Mark Moglia answers frequently asked questions about the parking pass

Q: What is a parking pass?

A: Students need a parking pass along with a drug test form to park in school. You can get it anytime during the school year for $50. The price drops to $25 in the fourth marking period for all students.

Q: What will happen to cars that do not have a parking pass?

A: If you don’t have a parking pass, you run the risk of having your vehicle towed which costs anywhere from $100-$130 depending on what the tow service charges.

Q: What if a student’s car is in the shop and another car is driven to school?

A: Just let the office know. The car will not be towed if the license plate is in the student’s name. I try to make sure I know whose car it is before it is towed.

Q: Can you get multiple parking passes?

A: Yes. You can get more than one pass, and you only have to pay the fee once.
