Quizbowl team donates winnings to the community
This year at the WVIA Scholastic Bowl Tournament the DV Quizbowl team took 1st place earning themselves a cash prize. Two thousand of their winnings was donated to the Port Jervis Elks Lodge #645 Children’s Christmas Project this holiday season. The money will be used to buy winter clothes for around 26 students in the Delaware Valley School District.
