This year, seniors were able to sign up to watch the Friday night football games with comfort and convenience. Students were able to sit with their friends on outdoor couches in the endzone.
A raffle system was previously used for the couch seating, but the new first-come, first-served sign-up system worked better, according to SAAC adviser Mrs. Krystine Thompson.
The previously singular couch was updated to three outdoor couches that were also brand new, purchased by Dr. Nicole Cosentino, Assistant to the Superintendent for Academic Leadership and Culture and the Student Council.
“It’s a great way for me and my friends to go and enjoy the game,” senior Leah Bird said.
